Goldies Fish & Chips

Did you ever want to add something exciting to your menu? Goldie�s could be just that something. All it takes is a separate fryer, a small lug to do the coating and a menu. The program is a good addition and designed to make 65% or better gross profit. It is a simple program to add with your chicken program or a stand alone program. Our coating provides an excellent flavor that will have customers coming back for more. This whole program costs less that $6,000 if you have a hood in the store.

In December of 2006 we started working on a fish coating which would taste better than others, the name Goldie�s Fish and chips was born. This program can be a stand alone or added the Cooper�s Chicken to Go line. In May we decided to spice up the coating just enough to get the "WOW" effect. Our first program will be combined with Cooper�s Chicken to Go and Guuchies Pizza in a take out only restaurant.
