Even when the office is closed, a real live person will answer the phone. We use a live telephone answering service. One of our big benefits is our preventative maintenance service. If you purchase the equipment and the program from us, the preventative maintenance program is at no cost to you. Our service department takes care of all our customers. We service what we sell. A showroom is available in Woodland, CA where you can come to try our Bubba's Chicken and More. Our equipment and product are the best in the market today. We sell and service branded food programs. Those include Bubba's Chicken and More, Wood Pellet Barbecue programs, James Gang Barbecue Sauces, Kiwi Barbecue Spices, and many other items! Kiwi has its own service department which is kept busy with the fryers all over California and northern Nevada. Our products are distributed by Unified Grocers and our own delivery service.
